Shipping Policy

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or high demand.

2. Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

3. Delivery Areas:

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, our team will contact you with alternatives.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and link.

5. Packaging:

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely.

Return & Replacement Policy

1. Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

2. Eligible Returns:

Damaged or defective items

Wrong product delivered

Items missing from the package

Note: Custom-made or personalized décor items are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

Raise a return request via the "My Orders" section or email us at support@veedizine.com.

Our team will review your request and initiate a reverse pickup.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after item inspection.

4. Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before shipping.

Post-shipment cancellations are not allowed.
